Carrie Fisher Dead at Age 60


Damn. 2016 just won’t let up.

Carrie Fisher, best known to the world for her role as Princess Leia in the Star Wars films, was pronounced dead just before 9 a.m. this morning.

Apparently she suffered a massive heart attack on Friday during a flight from London to LA about 15 minutes before she was set to land. Although CPR was administered, she arrived unresponsive. Paramedics worked on her for 15 minutes and got her to UCLA Medical Center where she was put on a ventilator but was listed in stable condition.

She didn’t make it.
